Life reconstruction by Victor Leshyk
Making science accessible to the public is an important part of my research program. I accomplish this through in-person outreach, social media, and by working with media specialists at my university. Examples of how my research has been shared in the public forum can be found at the links below:

Arvinachelys goldeni, a new turtle from the Cretaceous of Utah
This story was covered by the University of Utah,  CNN, CBS, Time, CNET, CSM, Forbes, and many others.
Overall, it was picked up by over 600 media outlets, reaching 800 million readers. Its coverage was equivalent to  $7.7 million in advertising.
